Glen Carlou Pinot Noir Rose: We are over the moon to announce the release of our first Rosé, produced from hand-harvested Pinot Noir grapes grown in the renowned Simonsberg-Paarl ward. Stunning in the glass and beautiful to look at, this wine is as intriguing as it looks, and will keep you going back to the glass, time and time again.
Pinot Noir’s primary fruit components tend to deteriorate with higher temperatures in February and in the attempt to achieve an elegant balance between acidity and fruitiness, this Rosé was produced with the aim to preserve the primary and delicate flavour profiles of the fruit, and produce a light and refreshing wine with a lower alcohol.
